Find the right custom wardrobe for your room
Every room and every wardrobe is different. Whether you have a spare room to turn into a walk-in, an existing cavity to fit out, or a blank wall to work with, Boston Wardrobes can create a customised wardrobe solution to suit your space.
A walk-in wardrobe is a dedicated wardrobe space you can step into, with storage arranged around the walls for clothing, shoes and accessories. Boston Wardrobes designs custom walk-in wardrobes for Auckland homes, from practical storage layouts through to more luxurious dressing spaces.
Custom built-in wardrobes are fitted into the room to create a seamless, permanent storage solution that makes better use of available space. They can be designed around awkward walls, corners or ceiling heights, with a combination of hanging space, drawers and shelving. We create built-in wardrobes for both new builds and existing Auckland homes.
A fully enclosed wardrobe with solid back panels, cabinetry-style construction and hinged doors. It can be fitted to a blank wall without an existing wardrobe cavity – a good option for bedrooms without built-in storage. Our Viva system is custom-fitted and available in a wide range of finishes.

Lead times vary depending on what type of wardrobe you are ordering, what colour you would like it in, and the time of year.
White Select or Flex wardrobe systems can be ready for install within a couple of weeks from the date of order.. Coloured systems, Luxe and Viva have a longer lead time, depending on the complexity of the design you can factor from 4-6 weeks.
If you are having multiple units installed and/or doors as well, this will also affect the turnaround time. For wardrobes outside of Auckland, installation will depend on availability.
**Please note the above dates are indicative only and subject to change based on suppliers, seasonal availability and capacity. Please speak to your sales consultant about current turnarounds at the time of your order.
Our standard wardrobes are made with melamine panels: sustainably sourced New Zealand-made MDF substrate, laminated with quality melamine sheets, available in a wide variety of finishes and colours from our local suppliers.

Our installation charges are based on the installation of a new wardrobe, and do not include the dismantling of existing doors or shelving, nor the disposal of old doors or shelving. If you have a need for any of this type of work to be done, please discuss this with your Sales Consultant prior to placing the order.
