Tauranga Wardrobes Information
Lead times vary depending on what type of wardrobe you are ordering, what colour you would like it in, and the time of year.
White Select or Flex wardrobe systems can be ready for install within a couple of weeks from the date of order.. Coloured systems, Luxe and Viva have a longer lead time, depending on the complexity of the design you can factor from 4-6 weeks.
If you are having multiple units installed and/or doors as well, this will also affect the turnaround time. For wardrobes outside of Auckland, installation will depend on availability.

Our standard wardrobes are made with melamine panels: sustainably sourced New Zealand-made MDF substrate, laminated with quality melamine sheets, available in a wide variety of finishes and colours from our local suppliers.

Yes, all our wardrobes are custom-designed and made to ensure they fit your exact space and storage requirements.
We absolutely can. All Boston Wardrobes come with a 10 year Warranty, but Boston Wardrobes older than this can still be repaired if something has gone amiss or they are not performing correctly. Speak to our customer service team about call-out availability within Tauranga as well as fees.
Most of our products, due to the nature of custom design and manufacture, require specialised tools and skills to produce a satisfactory installation result. We are proud of the quality of our wardrobes, and wish to see the best possible finish for an installed wardrobe. Please be advised that no product guarantee will apply to installations or adjustments not done by a Boston authorised installer.
Our installation charges are based on the installation of a new wardrobe, and do not include the dismantling of existing doors or shelving, nor the disposal of old doors or shelving. If you have a need for any of this type of work to be done, please discuss this with your Sales Consultant prior to placing the order.

Our products have a 10-year parts and labour guarantee*. Having been supplying wardrobe products since 1987, we know that, if used correctly, they have a life expectancy far beyond 10 years.
*Note: Glass is only supported by a 2 year guarantee from the manufacturer. Guarantee only applies if an authorised Boston Wardrobes installer has installed the product.
